Return & Warranty Policy

At Apex Barricades, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 6 months of the original purchase date for products that have a verified manufacturing defect. All return requests must be submitted within this 6-month period and include proof of purchase.

Products returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect may be accepted at Apex Barricades' discretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

All Apex Barricades products are backed by a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect within one year of the original purchase date, Apex Barricades will replace the product at no cost.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you whether your return has been approved.

If a refund is approved for a non-warranty return, it will be issued to your original payment method, less the applicable 20% restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
